Baja Kits Prerunner Suspension Kit excels in the dirt while retaining excellent on-road handling and comfort. The kit is a direct bolt-on to your 2WD Chevy Silverado.

Engineered to be a complete mid travel suspension system, it uses Trophy Truck grade uniballs and hardware on both the Upper and Lower arms.

Heavy duty fabricated steel arms handle the abuse while custom tuned King coilover shocks with remote reservoirs and compression adjusters for precise tuning handle suspension damping. (Rear kits available too).

  • Shocks OEM Replacement style bolt in 2.5 or 3.0 shocks will fit this kit. For Maximum travel use our Custom built King 2.5 inch shock (options above)
  • Tire Size 35 inch or 37 inch
  • Wheel Size 17 inch rim with 4.75 inch max backspacing
  • Fenders Fiberglass fenders needed for 35 inch tires seeing offroad use and for all application with 37 inch tires.
  • Attention You may run 35 inch tires with stock fenders for mild use Only.
  • 35 inch tires will clear under normal driving conditions and Will contact your stock fender at full compression (AKA jumping the truck, hitting bumps or driveways at speed)
  • The owner accepts the risk of damaging the stock fenders in this scenario.

  • Stamped Steel, Aluminum, and Forged Steel Control ArmsFor the 2014-2016 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks, GM offered three different upper control arms: stamped steel, aluminum, and forged steel. Additionally, in 2014-2016 GM truck had two different knuckles—aluminum and steel—each with different ball joint hole sizes.
  • Stamped steel and aluminum arms have a larger ball joint that fit the same knuckle. Steel knuckles with forged steel control arms had smaller ball joint holes that match the cast steel arms only.
  • This is the same setup found on 2007-2014 models. Forged steel and forged aluminum arms have retention clips on the ball joint so if the ball joint cup becomes distorted, it does not fail.
  • New Stamped Steel Arm DesignThe NEW stamped steel arms have a ball joint that is sandwiched between the upper and lower pieces of the arm with a relatively small surface area for ball joint retention with no supporting clips. If these cups distort, the ball joint fails and falls out.
  • GM 1500 trucks built after April 1, 2016 are stamped steel arms mated to smaller steel knuckles with the larger of the two ball joints. Basically, they are using the larger ball joint from the aluminum arm and putting it in a stamped arm and mating it to a smaller steel knuckle.

    Returns & Exchanges

    All returns must be accompanied by an original or copy of the receipt within 30 days. There are no refunds/credits after 30 days. Electrical items, tools, installed parts, and some special order items are non-refundable/non-returnable.

    All items returned are subject to a minimum 15% restock fee unless other arrangements were made at the time of purchase.

    Shipping charges will not be refunded unless item was received damaged or defective, or an error was made on our part when processing your order. Please contact us for any further questions on non-returnable items.

    In order to return any products you must contact our customer service at 1-877-474-4821 and obtain an RGA number and write it large and clear on the box being returned. Also care must be taken by you the customer to pack the returned merchandise carefully so that it does not get damaged when sent back to us. Off Road Warehouse is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment back to us and the product will become non-returnable if it becomes damaged during the return shipment.

     

    Damaged or Defective Merchandise

    Any customer that receives damaged or defective merchandise should contact Off Road Warehouse immediately and at the latest within 30 days of the Invoice/Purchase date.

    Please contact the Customer Service line at 1-877-474-4821 for more information on returning the merchandise to us and how long it will take to receive a replacement.

    Off Road Warehouse does its best to make sure that all merchandise is free of defects and is shipped safely but accidents in shipping and transportation as well as manufacturing defects do happen. We will be happy to help you out and get you new merchandise as quickly as possible.

     

    Order Cancelations

    Order Cancelations are not guaranteed. Orders are processed once they are received, In some cases these are with third party vendors and manufactors. We will do everything in our power to stop an Order already in motion but sometimes we are unable to do so.

    If you request a cancellation, we will confirm the order is canceled prior to issuing a refund. If your order is not able to be canceled, you must follow the Return Policy Guidelines outlined above.
